What We Do

We put the Gospel into action.

Living and serving within Charlotte’s inner-city refugee community, we take Jesus’ call to love, disciple, and provide for those most in need as literally as possible.

Through One7, God is making the impossible possible – transforming lives marked by homelessness, abuse, abandonment, and worse into the next generation of leaders for Christ.

Experience One7 for yourself in this video.

The Apartments

The Apartments

Our 18-unit apartment complex is more than transitional housing. It’s a supportive community for homeless and broken refugee and immigrant families to come find healing in Jesus Christ. We currently have 15  families from 11 different countries living at One7 Apartments, with approximately 60 children living on site. We do homework together, eat together, play together, laugh together, cry together, and truly live in community with one another. This place is a amazing representation of every nation coming together to pursue Christ!
Soccer

Soccer

We build leaders and spread the Gospel using the universal language of soccer through training programs, One7 club teams, and a strong presence in local school athletics. We have teams ranging from younger recreational teams all the way to competitive club and college soccer. Our players take the opportunity to share about Christ after every game, whether they win or lose. Kids who would never walk into a church come to play soccer at our One7 Apartments or on one of our teams, and learn first hand about the love of Jesus Christ.

Outreach Center

We are so excited to announce the completion of our Outreach Center! God has performed so many miracles from the idea of this building until now. This building will be used to continue to pour out the love of Christ in inner-city Charlotte. We will host our after school program, outreach nights, events, and any other opportunities God provides to share His love. This isn’t just a building with four walls and a roof—it’s a place where hurting and broken people can come to experience His love for them!

One7 Ministries

As of last week we were in a desperate situation, we had no way to get our three teams (U14, U17, and U19) to Aurora, Colorado for US Club National Finals. Echo park Automotive came to the rescue in our time of need and not only provided transportation, they provided 50 round trip plane tickets to Colorado for our One7 teams! We've never been able to fly any team to any tournament, and some of these kids have never even been on an airplane! We are so blown away by their generosity, thank you again! ❤️ ... One7 Ministries

Our three U14, U17, and U19 teams at One7 have qualified for the National Championship July 20-24 in Aurora, CO. The teams arrive on July 19th and we are asking for a team of families to come along side us to help sponsor this trip. We have 24 hours to accept the invitation or we will lose the opportunity. The hotel and bus will be the largest expense to move these 45 leaders across the country. Every year God has provided so we realize that once again we must wait and pray. 🙏🏻 If you are able to sponsor us immediately please message us or give online through our website: www.philantro.com/donate/263700660/givealways

Thank you in advance for believing in us. If anyone has connections in Aurora or Denver we would be more than willing to sleep on any floor as long as we had access to showers and bathrooms. ❤️

One7 Ministries

Love week just wouldn’t be complete without our team building adventure race. On Saturday we led Elevation volunteers through our course. Our motto was “the cross wasn’t easy.” This was the hardest race yet where amazing Elevation and One7 leaders faced their fears and overcame many trials and hardships to carry their cross to the finish line. We love all the new friends we met. I hope everyone was challenged to believe that through Christ all things are possible. Training leaders and making disciples. ❤️ #jesucristo #loveweek2018 ...
